Advisory service provided by OLDENG engineering company consists of three tiers:

1) Consulting working personnel on:

• Workflow techniques

• Observing technological discipline

• Visual control of produced castings

• Operation of equipment interface (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, GSK and other) on:

Die casting machines, injection moulding machines, gravity casting machines, press dies, extruders, CNC centers, CNC grinders, CNC EDM machines.

2) Consulting equipment setup personnel on:

• Workflow techniques and proper maintenance of equipment: high-pressure moulding machines, injection-moulding machines, chill moulding machines, press dies, extruders, CNC production centers, CNC grinders, CNC EDM machines.

• Proper setup of auxiliary equipment: filler, greaser, conveyor, chiller, thermostat, robot arm, drier, furnace, vacuum loader, mill, barfeeder.

3) Consulting technical engineers on:

• Optimal settings and modes of technological process for obtaining final product fully corresponding with the engineering documentation.

• Saving of selected settings and modes in equipment internal memory: high-pressure moulding machines, injection-moulding machines, chill moulding machines, press dies, extruders, CNC production centers, CNC grinders, CNC EDM machines.

• Selection of secondary-grade tools.
