Year 1997

Company foundation

Purchased equipment:

• AGIE EDM machines (Switzerland)
• OKUMA machining centres (Japan)
• DEAMISTRAL plate-measuring machines (USA)

Created an engineering department for designing technological tooling.

More than 300 pieces of press moulds and press dies manufactured and successfully delivered to the customers.

Year 1998

Created section of the modeling and prototyping based on additive technologies.

Purchased equipment:

• LOM 1015, Zprint (USA)
• Comotiny PROTOMIX (Italy) - vacuum moulding of plastic materials in silicone forms
• TEKCAST - centrifugal moulding of metal materials in silicone forms.

Year 1999

Company’s first ever exhibition participation with its own exhibition booth at the EUROMOLD International Exhibition (Germany).

Design and manufacturing of complex technological tooling.

Year 2000

Successful participation in the EUROMOULD International Exhibition (Germany).

The 1000th press mould manufactured and successfully delivered to the customer.

Year 2001

Successful participation in the Kunstoff International Exhibition (Germany).

Implemented the reverse engineering technology.

The company awarded the Big Silver Medal award (St. Petersburg) for the development and implementation of advanced technologies and engineering solutions in the field of plastics and metals moulding.

Year 2002

First plastics processing complex based on PO YUEN Me 400 injection molding machine(Hong Kong) delivered and successfully put into operation.

Concluded a distribution agreement with PO YUEN machine-building company (Hong Kong) on the supply of injection moulding machines.

Year 2003

Year 2004

First non-ferrous metal casting complex based on PROWIN 160 tons hot chamber die casting machine (Hong Kong) delivered and successfully put into operation.

Concluded a distribution agreement with PROWIN engineering company (Hong Kong) on the supply of MLDs.

Year 2005

First gas-plasma cutting complex based on VANAD ARENA 3000 machine (Czech Republic) delivered and successfully set into operation.

Concluded agreement with VANAD engineering company (Czech Republic) on the supply of gas plasma cutting machines.

First MULTIPLAS VH55 complex based on a vertical injection moulding machine (Taiwan) intended for production of electrical equipment successfully delivered and put into operation.

Concluded a distribution agreement with MULTIPLAS ENGINERY Co. LTD machine-building company (Taiwan).

OLDENG company has been declared the agent of the year at PO YUEN 2005 (Hong Kong) with the award presentation,according to total sales.

Year 2006

The company awarded the Gold Medal of the Union of Machine Tool Builders of Russia.

The 2000th press mould manufactured and successfully delivered to the customer.

First robotic high-speed polyurethane foam filling complex CANNON A-System (Italy) for the production of precision sealing systems successfully delivered and put into operation.

Concluded a cooperation agreement with CANNON engineering company (Italy).

Year 2007

First SGS-800 extrusion line (China) intended for production of moulding profiles delivered and successfully put into operation.

First TS-120 extrusion blow moulding machine (China) intended for production of measuring bottles and containers delivered and successfully put into operation.

Year 2008

First EDM-130A EDM machine (Switzerland) delivered and successfully put into operation.

Concluded a distribution agreement with ELEKTRONIKA EUROPA company (Switzerland) on the supply of EDM machines.

OLDENG company granted the Sverdlovsk Regional Tooling Centre status. Status granted by The Ministry of Industry and Science of the Sverdlovsk Region.

Year 2009

First fully electric injection moulding machine TOSHIBA EN-60 (Japan) successfully delivered and put into operation.

Concluded a cooperation agreement with TOSHIBA engineering company (Japan).

More than 26 pieces of technical tooling manufactured and delivered to foreign partners in Georgia, Germany, Czech Republic and Lithuania.

Concluded a cooperation agreement on delivery of gas plasma cutting machines manufactured by Pestall engineering company (Czech Republic).

Year 2010

OLDENG company took part in the anniversary 50th specialized exhibition (Moscow), including Plastics Industry, Mechanical Engineering, Interplastica, Metalworking, Metal Moulding exhibitions.

The 3000th technological tooling piece (multi-position step die) manufactured and delivered to the client.

Year 2011

First vertical die casting machine for metal materials DEL CASTING CLV 250 (Slovakia) delivered and successfully put into operation.

Concluded a cooperation agreement with DEL CASTING engineering company (Slovakia).

The 100th die casting machine delivered and successfully put into operation

Year 2012

JD-RH 200T (Taiwan) multi-station precision complex delivered and successfully put into operation.

Extended an agreement on cooperation with JING DAY Industrial Co. Ltd machine-building company in the field of rubber compounds processing.

Fully automated C200D casting module based on the FANUC Robot with Smart Manufacturing Technology (Japan-China) delivered and successfully put into operation.

First Krauss Мaffei 80 IMM (Germany) intended for production of electrical equipment delivered and successfully put into operation.

Year 2013

100% personnel certification.

Krauss Мaffei 130/750 СХ complex (Germany) intended for processing thermoset materials delivered and successfully put into operation.

Concluded a cooperation agreement with KRAUSS MAFFEI company (Germany).

The 50th piece of metalworking equipment delivered and successfully put into operation.

Year 2014

In January 2014, SIZ-PUMORI changed its name to OLDENG JOINT VENTURE MACHINE-BUILDING COMPANY OOO (LLC).

The 200th plastics processing complex (injection molding machine) successfully delivered and put into operation.

The company made its first international exhibition appearance under its new OLDENG brand in Minsk.

Year 2015

Year 2016

OLDENG company specialists conducted 10 practical trainings for students of the Ural State Federal University n. a. the first president of Russia B.N. Yeltsin (Mechanical Engineering Institute) and students of the Ural State Economic University.

Introduced a state-of-the-art moulding technology with use of four sets of electric gravity casting machines (Italy).

The company successfully participated in a number of international exhibitions:

The company awarded the Best Exposition Grand Prix at the Central Exhibition Complex Expo center, Moscow, and awarded Best Exposition Award at the Kazan Fair.

Year 2017

The company took part in the Interplastica 2017 exhibition in Moscow with demonstration of plastics processing equipment under the OLDENG label.

Equipment and press moulds delivered to the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Two automated complexes based on large (over 600 tons) aluminum moulding machines under the OLDENG brand successfully put into operations in the cities of Azov and Izhevsk.
